Step 2. Migrate Exchange 2013 Mailboxes to Office 365

  4. Click Add + button, choose on-premises Exchange users as per need to migrate into Office 365. Again, click Add >> OK >> Next.
  5. Provide on-premises admin credentials on window of Enter the Windows user account credential.
  6. Make sure that Exchange Server (FDQN) added on Confirm the migration endpoint window, click Next.
  7. Generate migration batch on page of Move Configuration by specifying desired details, hit Next in the end.
  8. At last, on Start the page window, select one recipient for receiving the report after batch completion. Select the checkbox of the Automatically complete the migration box and press Next.

Note: Once the migration completes, the batches can be deleted by going to Recipients and then navigating to Migrations.
